Jigar Moradabadi· Ghazal· 9 shers· radif:

This mystical ghazal reflects the Sufi concept of unity within multiplicity, witnessing the singular Divine manifest across the diverse forms of creation.
Even amidst multiplicity, the spectacle of Oneness shone through; in whatever hue I beheld You, You appeared singular and One.
Even amidst diversity and multiplicity, the spectacle of oneness was visible; in whatever form or color I beheld You, You always appeared singular and unique.

When the splendor of that radiant countenance was revealed, neither the Kaaba was seen, nor was the church beheld.
When the radiant beauty of that illuminated face appeared, neither the Kaaba was seen nor was the church visible.

To the glory of your grace, I pledge my heart and soul—despite this fleeting glance, what wonders did my eyes behold!
My heart and soul are devoted to the glory of your grace, for despite my limited vision, what wonders I was able to behold.
7
Every hue emerged steeped in your own shade; every trace seemed the imprint your footprint made.
Every color turned out to be immersed in your color, and every trace or mark appeared to be the imprint of your footprint.
8
Once my eyes revealed the true reality of your grief, the entire universe appeared overturned before my sight.
When my eyes revealed the reality of your sorrow, the entire world appeared upside down to me.
9
I saw every manifestation illumined by your radiant light; in every gathering, you appeared as the grace adorning the assembly.
I saw every manifestation illuminated by your divine radiance, and in every gathering, it was you who appeared as the true grace and adornment of the assembly.
