Ghazal
अश्क आँखों में कब नहीं आता
This ghazal speaks about the unpredictable nature of tears, suggesting they appear when they are least needed. The speaker observes that tears are absent when the beloved is present, but when the beloved is absent, the tears flow freely. The poem also touches upon the patience required in separation and the unexplained nature of sorrow, even for desires that have left the heart.
