He roams free among all senses; attachment and aversion bind him not.

This couplet beautifully describes a liberated soul. It says that such a person engages with all their senses freely, without being bound by them. They interact with the world, see, hear, taste, touch, and smell, but do so with detachment. Crucially, neither strong likes (attachment) nor dislikes (aversion) can control or suppress them. They remain unswayed by the pull of desires or the push of hatred. It's a state of inner freedom where one participates in life's experiences while maintaining a profound sense of equanimity and inner peace, completely free from emotional chains.
