Ghazal
क़ारूँ उठा के सर पे सुना गंज ले चला
This ghazal contemplates the transience of worldly wealth and the vanity of material greed, referencing the legend of Korah (Qarun) to show that a miser departs this world with nothing but grief. In contrast to hollow worldly pursuits, the poet highlights the emotional and spiritual depths of love, longing, and devotion.
