Ghazal
मिरी हस्ती फ़ज़ा-ए-हैरत आबाद-ए-तमन्ना है
This ghazal portrays life as a wondrous yet sorrowful abode of desire, where the poet feels perpetually caged, lamenting lost freedom regardless of the season. It speaks to the accidental nature of beloveds' loyalty and the often-unheard cries of broken hearts. Despite profound despair, the human spirit, even through regret, finds a way to renew its desires.
