My friends, this couplet is a profound meditation on the human heart. Allama Iqbal, the great Shayar, tells us not to judge or criticize a person too quickly, simply because they are flawed. He suggests that the 'flaw' or 'damage' (ख़राबी) of the heart—the *Farang Dil*—is not inherent; it is merely the 'pampering' or 'spoiling' (मामूरी) done by the materialistic desires (ख़िरद). We must examine the heart's true nature before passing judgment!
