आवत गारी एक है , उलटन होय अनेक। कह कबीर नहिं उलटिये , वही एक की एक॥ 142॥
The arrival of a single storm is many; so does the return. Kabir says, do not reverse it; for the one is the one.
The coming of a cart is one, but its return appears as many. Shayar Kabir says not to reverse it, for the single entity remains the same.

आहार करे मनभावता , इंद्री की स्वाद। नाक तलक पूरन भरे , तो कहिए कौन प्रसाद॥ 143॥

ऐसी वाणी बोलिए , मन का आपा खोए। औरन को शीतल करे , आपौ शीतल होय॥ 150॥
Speak words like this, losing the self's conceit; which cools others, and gives coolness to the self.
One should speak words without ego or conceit. Such words bring coolness and peace to others, and simultaneously grant peace to oneself.

कबीरा संगति साधु की , जौ की भूसी खाय। खीर खाँड़ भोजन मिले , ताकर संग न जाय॥ 151॥
One who associates with the company of ascetics,
And eats only the husk of mustard seeds.
If he gets food like sweet rice and sugar,
He does not associate with such people.
Shayar says that the company of ascetics, who subsist on mustard seed husk, is a state of being that cannot be found even with the most luxurious food like sweet rice and sugar.
