Ghazal
jaherman e damam ke pas aawwa na de
This ghazal delves into the paradox of a relationship, where an outward display of grandeur creates distance, yet an internal bond prevents complete separation. The poet expresses emotional vulnerability, wishing to be shielded from painful truths, and a complex desire for suffering, asking not to be fully cured. It explores themes of longing, emotional sensitivity, and the intricate balance between closeness and emotional pain.

Outwardly, there is such an imposing presence that it prevents anyone from approaching. Yet, internally, there is such profound care that it doesn't allow anyone to drift away.
